Godwin Feh

Founder

Mr. Feh has served the healthcare industry for over 13 years. He began his career in the LTC as a Certified Nurse Aide and then a Licensed Practical Nurse. Mr. Feh later obtained his BSN from the Oklahoma Panhandle State University and an MBA from St Gregory University where he graduated with honors. Mr. Feh has held several leadership roles in LTACH, CAH settings including, but not limited, to Nurse Supervisor, Chief Clinical officer, Director of Clinical Operations, and CEO. Partnering with community hospitals, Mr. Feh works in collaboration with the hospital staff, medical staff, hospital board and the community as a whole to plan, implement and achieve strategic goals in a cohesive manner. Thanks to his strong servant-leadership skills, Mr. Feh has been able to systematically tackle challenges uniquely using a comprehensive team approach. Mr. Feh’s top priority is to optimize services, increase revenue, increase employment and manage expenses efficiently. Mr. Feh prides himself with the ability to challenge the status quo by using best and sustainable evidence based practices.

Kathy Hammons

President/CEO Cohesive Healthcare Management 

Kathy Hammons has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and has worked in a variety of acute care and post-acute care settings. Ms. Hammons has held leadership positions for the past 20 years including Nurse Manager in acute care, Nurse Educator for Surgical Services, Director of Client Services for a large, multi-state home health agency, CEO of an ambulatory surgery center, CNO and most recently CEO of a for-profit rural LTAC hospital. She has expertise in effective hospital operations, lean management techniques, accreditation procedures, budgeting, and patient/staff satisfaction Ms. Hammons earned her RN degree from Bacone College, BSN degree from Northeastern State University, MSN degree from the University of Oklahoma and MBA degree from Western Governors University. She is a Native American citizen of the Cherokee Nation, resides in Muskogee with her spouse and has two grown sons.

Mike Hand

Chief Financial Officer

Mike has served the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years. Mike obtained his education from Kansas State University and later a CPA while working in public accounting, which spanned about 13 years. With a passion for rural healthcare and its communities, Mike has assisted primarily Critical Access Hospitals with financial and accounting issues, reimbursement strategies, 990 tax issues, operating and capital budgets, electronic health record system selection, operational analysis, governance strategies and general management consultation. Mike spends his free time with his daughter, parents and two brother's families in the Wichita, KS area. He enjoys coaching or attending games for his daughter and nephews and nieces at soccer, basketball and other activities.

Shemika Feh

Co-Founder

Mrs. Feh has served the healthcare industry for over 13 years as a certified Nurse aide and Licensed practical nurse. With a passion for branding and understanding the importance of patient and family perception in the healthcare industry, Mrs. Feh came up with the adage “What you wear really matters”. Mrs. Feh’s healthcare and branding expertise’s has allowed her to successfully brand healthcare professionals with high quality and cost effective uniforms and logos.Mrs. Feh is the founder/Owner of Scrubs and Sports, LLC which is a partner of Cohesive Healthcare. Mrs. Feh resides in Shawnee, OK with her Spouse and children including their fur babies (Zach & Jackson).

Leslie Kerr

President/CEO Cohesive Clinical Staffing

Leslie Kerr has served in the Human Resource field since 2010. Prior to joining Cohesive Healthcare she began her career at a national long term acute care hospital as a Human Resources Representative where she was responsible for serving as a link between management and employees to ensure a positive work environment. From 2014 to 2016 she held the position of Business Office Manager and oversaw day to day financial activity for the facility. In 2016, Ms. Kerr was promoted to Corporate Human Resources Manager. During her time in the role she managed 10 hospitals providing oversight of employee relations, payroll, and compliance. Leslie is an active member of SHRM and resides in Shawnee with her spouse and son.

Craig Peter

Chief Information Officer/HIPAA Security

Craig Peter has been in Healthcare IT for over 11 years with an emphasis on improving patient experience with technology as well as delivering IT services that align with business objectives. Mr. Peter has held IT positions that began with managing infrastructure and basic IT initiatives, to strategic positions that demanded maintaining patient satisfaction and improving quality of care with a number long term acute care hospitals. Craig has a MIS degree from Oklahoma State University and continues to maintain an emphasis of keeping up with Healthcare Compliance and Security Issues. He continues to strive to improve communication breakdowns that could contribute to medical errors and profoundly impact care team satisfaction. Craig enjoys his time with his wife and three children learning the art of Taekwondo as well as volunteering to help coach a number of teams at the local Owasso YMCA and Owasso Soccer Club.

Cindy Tillman

Chief Operating Officer

Cindy Tillman has served in the healthcare field for more than 12 years. Her experience includes strategic planning, practice start-up, operational assessment and improvement, client engagement management, business plan development and execution, market research and analysis, revenue and marketing expansion. Cindy began her career as a Social Worker, and later became the Social Services Director. Through working in social services, she gained exposure to the healthcare industry. She eventually became interested and passionate about pursuing a career focused more in the healthcare field. Cindy has helped several start-up healthcare companies with executing strategic marketing/community education plans. Following her time as a Director of Marketing, she served as Administrator for Evident Health Services. Most recently, she served as the Community Educator/Outpatient Services Director for the Pawhuska Hospital. Cindy’s hands-on medical practice management experience and familiarity with bottom-line responsibility provide clients with a wide range of skills and expertise. Cindy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science.

Jamal Bandeh

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Jamal Bandeh has served in the healthcare industry for nearly six years. He started his career as an Implementer where he worked on multiple projects simultaneously, communicated key deliverables with cross functional teams, and enhanced overall quality. Prior to joining Cohesive, Jamal held a senior manager level position as a Client Implementation Consultant where he managed a large book of business, identified process improvements, provided prompt resolutions, and optimized the client’s experience. He thoroughly enjoys team atmospheres and has a passion for creating processes to accommodate the client’s needs. Jamal obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and his Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration. He resides in Tulsa and enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.

Victor Flores

Director of Revenue Cycle

 

Victor Flores is the Director of Revenue Cycle for Cohesive Healthcare. Victor has 10+ years of experience working in revenue cycle management in large health systems. Victor began his journey in revenue cycle as a Patient Access Manager. He then moved into a position as Business Services Manager where he assisted in generating additional $2.2M in net collections through MVA and Workcomp, and reduced Self Pay through effective charity process, 3rd party eligibility outsourcing, and collection outsourcing. He then joined a team where spent many years traveling across the united states working as a Revenue Cycle Manager for various facilities. Now, in his role with Cohesive he works with our partner facilities to implement revenue cycle processes to increase cash flow.

Robin Klahr

Chief Clinical Officer

Robin Klahr is the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) for Cohesive Healthcare. In this role, she provides leadership and direction for the nursing staff and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all functions of nursing, care coordination, education and support services. Her responsibilities also include key participation in strategic growth. Ms. Klahr has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and worked in a variety of acute care, post-acute care and ambulatory clinic settings. She has held leadership positions for the past 10 years including Director of Quality Management and Chief Clinical Officer of a for-profit rural LTAC hospital and most recently Director of Clinical Services for a multi-regional Cardiovascular ambulatory clinic. Ms. Klahr has vast experience in quality management, service excellence, patient satisfaction, staff recruitment/retention and regulatory affairs. Ms. Klahr earned her RN degree from Tulsa Junior College, BSN degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her MSN degree from Western Governors University. She resides with her family on her childhood farm in Coweta, Oklahoma.
