Godwin Feh, with more than two decades of experience as a patient-focused health care leader with proven expertise in acute care, staff development and family advocacy, founded Cohesive Healthcare in 2016.
As Cohesive Healthcare has grown over the years, Feh continues to work in collaboration with each hospital and medical staff, hospital board and the individual communities Cohesive Health serves to implement and achieve the strategic goals of both organizations. Feh directs the strategic planning of operations management within each respective facility and oversees the formulation of master budgets and budgetary allocations.
Previous to founding Cohesive Healthcare, Feh served in leadership positions in several long-term acute care hospitals and critical care hospitals. During his tenure at various health care facilities, Feh was widely recognized as an excellent care provider, patient advocate and hospital administrator.
Feh received his Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing and his Master’s in Business Administration from St. Gregory University. He is a licensed registered nurse and is ACLS and BLS certified.
Robin Woodward has more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare professional and registered nurse providing compassionate care in both hospital and clinical environments.
As Cohesive Healthcare’s Chief Operating Officer, she provides leadership and direction of the organization’s operation and clinical teams overseeing facilities in a multi-state region. Woodward is intrical in structuring the plans for Cohesive’s strategic growth, and she is responsible for planning and directing all functions of hospital operations, nursing, support services, care coordination and education for Cohesive Healthcare.
During her career as an RN, Woodward worked in a variety of acute care, post-acute care and ambulatory clinic settings. She then transitioned into leadership positions at both rural and large multi-regional clinics and hospitals.
Woodward earned an RN associate degree from Tulsa Community College, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control, the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the Oklahoma Organization of Nurse Executives.
Leslie Kerr brings more than a decade of experience in human resources to her role at Cohesive Healthcare. Her background has allowed her to incorporate honed leadership skills to help improve both employee and client experiences.
Serving as Cohesive Healthcare’s Human Resources Manager, Kerr provides consultation to executive leadership to create strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits and training packages. As one of Cohesive Healthcare’s first employees, Kerr has helped – and continues to help — build Cohesive’s HR department. She has also worked to develop policies and procedures to grow its staffing agency, oversee HR managers and direct its’ corporate HR.
In addition, Kerr has served in leadership positions in HR for other healthcare groups to process and maintain patient charges and well as managed financials and compliance with legal guidelines.
Kerr holds an associate of applied science-business degree from Moberly Area Community College.
Dennis Boyd has almost three decades of experience as an executive corporate finance leader, with extensive experience within the healthcare management industry. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Boyd has served as Chief Financial Officer or in finance and accounting executive leadership roles for more than six different hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Boyd serves as Cohesive Health’s Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees all financial aspects of Cohesive entities as well as its hospital and healthcare clients. In this role, he emphasizes implementing new service lines as well as focusing on new strategic growth initiatives for both Cohesive and the hospitals and facilitates it manages.
Boyd earned his bachelor’s of science in accounting from Georgetown College, and he has served on the Oklahoma Hospital Authority strategic finance committee board.
Dr. Matthew Rumsey is a family medicine specialist who brings almost a decade of medical experience to his role as Cohesive Healthcare’s Chief Medical Officer.
Previously, he served in leadership roles for the Cherokee Nation Indian Health Services and Osage Nation Indian Health Services. He joined Pawhuska Hospital in 2016 as its chief of staff, clinic medical director and ER and in-patient medical director. He also serves as medical director for Osage County Health Department.
In his role with Cohesive, Rumsey provides executive medical oversight to both Cohesive and its affiliated hospitals and doctors. In addition, he assists hospitals with medically related recommendations and reviews of providers to ascertain effectiveness of day-to-day patient care.
Rumsey earned his Bachelor’s of Science in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He then graduated with honors from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed his clinical work at Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota.
Nicole Kirk brings over two decades of experience in
financial leadership to her role at Cohesive Healthcare. Her experience includes financial reporting,
technical accounting, oversight of budget process, and tax compliance. During her career she has been in leadership
roles at both a physician multi-specialty group and a regional hospital.
Kirk serves as Cohesive Corporate Chief Financial Officer,
where she oversees all financial aspects of Cohesive Entities. Her responsibilities include the oversight of
the monthly financial statements to ensure the accuracy of the information,
oversight of the budget process and adherence to the budget, and tax
preparation for all Cohesive Entities.
Kirk has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
from Fort Hays State University and is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant.
Kathy
Hammons has more than 40 years of experience as a healthcare professional and
registered nurse providing compassionate care in both the hospital and clinical
environments. Kathy provides leadership and direction in a number of various
service including, Home Health, Mediryde, Scrubs and Sports, as well as hospital
Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness. During her career as a working
registered nurse, Kathy has held leadership positions in a variety of acute care,
post-acute care and ambulatory care settings. Kathy earned an RN Associates
Degree from Bacone College, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Northeastern
State University, Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of
Oklahoma, and Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors
University. She is a certified Life Safety Specialist in Healthcare.
