Tina Steele

Director of Reimbursement


Tina Steele has over 20 years of healthcare finance experience from Accounting and Finance to Chief Financial Officer of PPS and CAH hospitals, Chief Executive Officer of CAH hospital, Director of Finance of CAH, and Reimbursement Director for CAH hospital. She has been in a leadership role for more than 19 years. Steele serves as Cohesive Healthcare Director of Reimbursement, where she oversees all cost reporting aspects of the Cohesive hospitals and healthcare clients. In this role, she ensures the cost reports are accurate and does analysis on how new growth strategies for a facility will affect the reimbursement of the facility.

Chee Her

Director of Operations and Corporate Compliance


Chee Her joins Cohesive with several years of legal experience in the areas of business law and healthcare administrative law. She serves as the Director of Operations and Corporate Compliance, where she is responsible for the legal matters and the compliance program of Cohesive’s managed facilities. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.

Kathy Hammons

Director of Home Health and Hospice


Kathy Hammons has more than 40 years of experience as a healthcare professional and registered nurse providing compassionate care in both the hospital and clinical environments. Kathy provides leadership and direction in various services including Home Health as well as hospital life, and Safety and Emergency Preparedness. During her career as a working registered nurse, Kathy has held leadership positions in a variety of acute care, post-acute care, and ambulatory care settings. Kathy earned her RN Associates Degree from Bacone College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern State University, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master in Business Administration from Western Governors University. She also is a certified Life Safety Specialist in Healthcare.

Brandon Smith

Chief Technology Officer

Brandon Smith brings nearly two decades of experience in software engineering, information technology, hardware systems, and compliance across multiple highly regulated industries. Over the past ten years, he has held senior leadership roles focused on Agile methodologies, IT modernization, and enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.

As Chief Technology Officer of Cohesive Healthcare, Brandon provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization’s technology and software engineering operations across facilities throughout Oklahoma. He is instrumental in guiding both the short-term and long-term technology strategy for the organization, ensuring innovation, operational efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance across all systems and platforms.

Prior to joining Cohesive Healthcare, Brandon served in a variety of leadership positions within the healthcare, insurance, and government sectors, where he led complex technology initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix and later completed an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Certificate program through the University of Texas at Austin.

Dennis Boyd

Hospital Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Boyd has three decades of extensive experience within the healthcare management industry serving as the Hospital Chief Financial Officer. Boyd’s Hospital CFO experience includes working for some of the largest publicly traded and not-for-profit healthcare systems in the U.S., inclusive of both PPS and CAH facilities and various other healthcare entities. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Boyd serves as Hospital Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees all financial aspects of Cohesive hospital and healthcare clients. He shared a valuable lesson that he learned from his time in college when he was a 3-time All-Conference Defensive Back and MVP at Georgetown that he applies to his role as CFO: “You intuitively know that it takes everyone to win and be successful and that there is nothing you accomplish solely on your own.” Boyd shared that what is meaningful to him is anything that helps to shine positively on Cohesive and will allow our clients and/or potential clients to know that we have the experience to handle their needs. In his role, he emphasizes focusing on making the best of what you have via analytical procedures and implementing new service lines based on “smart” strategic growth initiatives for both Cohesive and the hospitals and facilities it manages. Boyd earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Georgetown College, and he has served on the Oklahoma Hospital Authority Strategic Finance Committee Board.

Nicole Kirk

Corporate Chief Financial Officer


Nicole Kirk brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership to her role at Cohesive Healthcare. Her experience includes financial reporting, technical accounting, oversight of budget process, and tax compliance. During her career she has been in leadership roles at both a physician multi-specialty group and a regional hospital. Kirk serves as Cohesive Corporate Chief Financial Officer, where she oversees all financial aspects of Cohesive Entities. Her responsibilities include the oversight of the monthly financial statements to ensure the accuracy of the information, oversight of the budget process and adherence to the budget, and tax preparation for all Cohesive Entities. Kirk has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Fort Hays State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Leslie Kerr

Chief Human Resource Officer

Leslie Kerr provides consultation to executive leadership to create strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, and training packages. As one of Cohesive Healthcare’s first employees, Kerr has helped and continues to help build Cohesive’s HR department. She has also worked to develop policies and procedures to grow its staffing agency, oversee HR managers, and direct its corporate HR. Her strategic change management initiatives facilitate smooth transitions during mergers, acquisitions, and technological advancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum employee buy-in. In addition, Kerr has served in leadership positions in HR for other healthcare groups to process and maintain patient charges and manage financials and compliance with legal guidelines. Kerr’s guidance surpasses traditional HR functions. She is adept at aligning HR strategies to achieve business goals, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.

Robin Woodward

Chief Operating Officer

Robin Woodward has more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare professional and registered nurse providing compassionate care in both hospital and clinical environments. As Cohesive Healthcare’s Chief Operating Officer, she provides leadership and direction of the organization’s operation and clinical teams overseeing facilities in a multi-state region. Woodward is integral in structuring the plans for Cohesive’s strategic growth, and she is responsible for planning and directing all functions of hospital operations, nursing, support services, care coordination and education for Cohesive Healthcare. During her career as an RN, Woodward worked in a variety of acute care, post-acute care, and ambulatory clinic settings. She then transitioned into leadership positions at both rural and large multi-regional clinics and hospitals. Woodward earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, and the Oklahoma Organization of Nurse Executives.

Shemika Feh

Founder

Shemika Feh brings more than two decades of experience in the healthcare field, with a background spanning hospital-based medical-surgical and long-term acute care settings, providing her with a comprehensive, patient-centered perspective on healthcare delivery. As Co-Founder of Cohesive Healthcare, Shemika works alongside Godwin Feh to shape organizational culture, operational excellence, and community-focused healthcare initiatives. In addition to overseeing pharmacy operations, she plays a key role in managing business financials, including budgeting, expense oversight, operational reporting, and financial accountability to support sustainable growth. Her leadership in pharmacy operations has strengthened her expertise in medication access, regulatory compliance, workflow efficiency, and patient service excellence. Combined with her financial management responsibilities, this experience allows her to contribute a holistic, system-wide lens to Cohesive Healthcare’s strategic direction. Her leadership, integrity, and dedication continue to positively influence both patient outcomes and organizational growth. Feh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Nazarene University and is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She completed her practical nursing education at Platt College.

Godwin Feh

Founder and President / CEO

Godwin Feh, with more than two decades of experience as a patient-focused health care leader with proven expertise in acute care, staff development and family advocacy, founded Cohesive Healthcare in 2016. As Cohesive Healthcare has grown over the years, Feh continues to work in collaboration with each hospital and medical staff, hospital board and the individual communities. Cohesive Healthcare serves to implement and achieve the strategic goals of both organizations. Feh directs the strategic planning of operations management within each respective facility and oversees the formulation of master budgets and budgetary allocations. Before founding Cohesive Healthcare, Feh served in leadership positions in several long-term acute care hospitals and critical care hospitals. During his tenure at various health care facilities, Feh was widely recognized as an excellent care provider, patient advocate and hospital administrator. Feh received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing and his Masters of Business Administration from St. Gregory University.
